Our philosophy
Problems at school may have various causes. It is our aim to encourage every single student individually and excellently with the assistance of our experienced and qualified specialist teachers. To find out the causes of school problems we test our students without any engagement within the scope of a trial lesson and develop an individual education plan on the basis of the test scores.
Students making use of our services must first pass first a three-month trial period. During this time, we aim to enable students and teachers to establish mutual trust and avoid possible communication issues. Based on an agreement with parents (or legal guardians) replacement of the teacher is possible during this period in case of non-compatibility between the student and the teacher.
During these trial lessons the specialist teacher reviews and discusses the learning progress and problems of the students with the head of the institute, and, in this manner, tries to identify the appropriate solution.
If it turns out that the reason of the school problems may be based on e.g. dyslexia, AD(H)D (attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder), dyscalculia (weakness in arithmetic) or other developmental disorders, we will offer you and your child additional professional assistance. Furthermore, we are pleased to assist you and your child in establishing contacts with other information centres in order to obtain the corresponding support. In the past, we have experienced that initial learning progress can be achieved within this trial period of three months.
For those students who evidently do not cooperate, who are repeatedly absent without excuse, who do not do their homework or are not able to integrate into the group, we offer the cancellation of the contract at the end of the trial period.
